Keep the butter side up! Is a very good book, be cause it is about food superstitions! It tells you about all kinds of food superstitions. Its form is in chapters, named for the Superstitions inside it.
One of my favorite superstitions is that tossing a piece of shortbread over a brides head was considered lucky in Scotland in the 1700's. And to keep away evil spirits, keep a large red tomato on your windowsill! This book is amazing and I hope you read it! It can be located in the Glenridge Library.
