If I got requested to be a night time zoo keeper than I will say yes because it would be cool to see all the animals go to sleep and see cool things that I would never see before. Also if there was evil monsters than I would pack a very special weapon that no one not even the bravest person on earth could ever think of..it..would..be..A....SWORD! BUT not just any sword,no,no, it would be a blade that could kill you even if you taped it on the side of the blade.And that is why FOLKS!

Math: Packets

    Math packets are things that can be hard but fun at the same time. They are organized by letters. There are 3 packets:Packet A, Packet B, and Packet C. Packet B has pages that are harder then any pages I have even read. The hardest problem Mya has had is number 20. I'm not sure what unit it was, but it must've been pretty hard since Mya is smart.
    The math packets are fun to do during independent time in math. Some pages can be too easy and some can feel like they are impossible. But at the end, we all love doing our math packets. Do you like the math packets?

      Hi,my name is Mya and I’m here to talk to you about boxers.I’m going to tell you facts about and here’s a little fact to know already.Boxers are very tough to handle but,they are still the best dogs ever than any other dog!

       Boxers are better than any other dog because he\she will protect the family! In addition, they are strong, powerful and also the best dog ever! I love boxers!

     Boxers are better than any other dog because they can be powerful and funny at the sametime.They can chase their tail constantly [all the time 24\7!]and stay still[not blinking at all and winning a lot 24\7!]and they can go crazy![as in crazy I mean wild]and shake it’s tail with excitement!also bark madly and bark or howl with excitement.

     Boxers are better than any other dog because lots and lots of people who loves dogs will love boxers.They give respect to other dogs and other dogs and also other people and of course YOU!![aka:the owner]people want a dog who gives kindness,is sweet and is amazing!

     So if you’re looking for a dog ,get a boxer because when I got a dog,guess what?It was a boxer and it was the best boxer a person ever had.His is sweet,his kind and he barks at  everything[besides cars]that goes back and forth,in and out of our house.But we still love him no matter what!!!

      Invisible Lines by Manny and Mya

    Mary Amato is a very talented author. She wrote a book named Invisible Lines. It was a book group book used back in October. I read it shortly before we found out it was gonna be in the book groups. It was about this kid named Trevor. And he goes to this new town. He has a basically a half brother named Michael and little sister named Tish. Trevor tries to be cool but something  happens with this guy Xander. Xander becomes very mean and jealous of Trevor just because Trevor can do something better than him. If you like serious and funny books with deep messages. This book is for you. You have to read it. If you read it, you'll be obsessed. Do you think the book sounds good? I hope yo do, because this book is definitely for you.

I woke up in the morning felling like I want to just slam my head into the wall. Finally when my mom came in to go and see how I was doing, she said "Mya get up there is a surprise waiting for you but you better hurry,it is going away!" I stumbled out of bed and saw out the window that there was a person that was dressed as a pink gorilla and then my mom said that"I think it will brighten your day" and it did! then my brother said "He is on a bicycle!" and we all laughed because he looked grand.

Snow Dodge Ball

This is a game that my big brother invented.
It is called  snow dodge ball!!!
This is what you need:

1:snow

2:an alley

3:a football or a type of ball

Okay, what you do is you have to have an alley and split up into teams. Next you have to get the type of ball that you have and give it to the person that you guys agree with.

The next thing you have to do is get some snow that is hard enough to make a snowball and make sure that you have NO! and I mean NO! ice in it or it will be some real crazy injuries. Another thing you have to do is you have to not go over the alley edge or if you go over it and you hit the person then that person is NOT out.Then you just play and play and play. And also you can not catch the snowball or you are out.

Book Review: Remarkable

              Remarkable!

Well I just finished not too long ago a book called Remarkable by Lizzie K. Foley! and I just love it! and the book is a Fantasy and it is the best book ever that I have read in my life!

  The book is about a girl named Jane and she and her grandpa is unremarkable.Then Jane the main character goes to a non-gifted school and she is the only one there!
BUT!,that is not all, two double-trouble No good timing chimps comes along and dose this big well I don't want to spoil it but it is vary,vary,vary blue! But that is not all!
the grandpa,grandpa John he is friends with a lake-nose monster and that lake-nose monster likes music and figgy doddels what the heck is a figgy doddle? BUT WAIT!! I can't forget the pirate! he is the best pirate ever! he likes his pet parrot and he get piratenapped by other pirates and he loves this jelly that rots your teeth! but at the end it goes back to normal and Jane is remarkable and so is grandpa John and Jane also get a special surprise by her piret\normal teacher and they all live happily ever after!

Mystery Skype

 Well, mystery skype is where Miss Barnes or your classroom teacher calls another teacher and talks to them and say if they want to skype our class.  Then your class has to ask yes or no questions and you can give hints.  If you get it right then your class wins and then you can always tell the other class, if they have to go to a different class period. For example they might have to go to science or go to P.E.

Also you will have jobs that have to do with the mystery skype and the jobs are:
The Greeter and the other one is the think tank and another job is that you can do the Google mappers and so on and so forth.

We have this fun thing called BLOG PARTNERS It is where the teacher [aka:Miss.Barnes] and the teacher has be talking to our teacher by E-mail and then they tell the kids that they will be getting comments from kids in different places besides their country.Like for example we have blog partners and they are Jewish.Isn't that cool?!

Well,the first thing we do is we look on the Glenridge Elementary school website and we look under the name that the 2 teachers picked for us and then we click on there name [it will be on the side of the page.] and then there will be a lot or a little blogs that our partner posted,so we can read and see what kind of things they have to say about anything at their school.

POWWOW!

    POWWOW is when you talk about your problem[s] to the class and then one person can get a horse [it's stuffed] and make a solution and if you are talking about something that we all take turns on like for ex.where is the "ALL ABOUT US!"book? and then somebody raises their hand then they have it and the person who assigned the POWWOW gets it and then they get to take it home and then bring it back when there done which is probably the next day.The other thing you can  ask for a POWWOW is when you have someone or like 3 or more people bothering you,you can talk to Miss.Barns and then she will put it on the schedule on the white board and maybe later or the next day she could talk to you and the person or people and if it is personal then you can talk to your parents.POWWOW can be funny to because maybe it is about what title to do for your favorite animal like a dog or a unicorn.POWWOW is good because you can get suggestions from your classmates weather it is good idea or a bad idea you can always try it!and you can also give compliments on a person or people or tell your favorite highlight of the week.POWWOW is so special because people can tell you in the nicest way as possible to help you get through your problems.

Inside-Outside Circle

The In/Out circle was a good challenge.  It was fun because it taught us about life and joining a group.It also made us feel weird to do that, because though you know it's a game, it's still kind of crazy and laughable.

    The In/out circle was really fun because we got to go in the middle of the circle,and ask people to join the circle.  People can say no, yes, or yes with a condition.It was also really fun because if someone asks you a question and you do it, it can be embarrassing.

    The in/out cirle was the best thing we can think of because we now know how to handle little problems.  Like when you say,  "Can I play with you?" and the other person says, "NOOOOO!" you can just either leave it alone or tell someone the same thing.  That is why the inside outside circle was so fun, good,and a challenge.
