Gonzo Over Words by Manny 

    Even though we did this all the way back in September in our poetry unit, I want to bring back some of my favorite words.

    A while ago, we did this lesson about going gonzo over words. It was fun so fun because we got to write down our favorite words. All the words that people picked were so creative. I remember a word that I shared with the class. It was punk. A lot of people laughed. So I’m going to bring back some of my gonzo words to share with you. One of them was smile. I love that word. Don’t you? It’s a sunny, happy go-lucky word. Also, another one of them was punk. Like I just said. That’s part of the style Avril Lavigne uses in her music. I just love the way it sounds. Punk. What an amazing word. My second to last for you would be french. I love the way it sounds like I said with punk. Also, I love french toast. It tastes so good. My last one would be burn. First, I love the Ellie Goulding. It’s catchy, and I can’t deny that. Second, it seems like a word that you can have fun with saying over and over again.
