School Uniforms

Why Glenridge School Should not consider school uniforms

    Glenridge School should not have uniforms because what we wear is how we express ourselves. Yes I do agree that we still should have some guidelines to what we can wear but no uniforms. Like the closed toe and heel as in tennis shoes rule should still stay in place and all the other rules. I do not believe in school uniforms because with those clothes you can show your passions and your inner self. If we had school uniforms then I don't know what I would do every day because I couldn't wear the cloths I like. Also some school uniforms don't feel to good. How would you like to walk around every day in uncomfortable clothes?

    Sometimes when you didn't get enough sleep you want to just throw on a pair of clothes and go to school, thats why some parents want school uniforms. Another reason parents like the idea of school uniforms because it cuts down on the laundry. But on good days when you have had enough sleep and you are in a good mood, dont you just want to pick out a pair of neon pants with stripes and polka dots on them, and put those pants with a crazy shirt? I know some days I do that. So stand up for what you feel is right.
