                                 Books I Want to Read by Manny

    On the week of the 23 of December, I pretty much ate books and swallowed them. I read 277 pages in one day! And it was the same day! I started reading on Thursday. I read a total of 816 pages in that week. I’m a huge reader now. I was always around 300 pages but now, I am heading straight towards 1000 pages in a week. My mom says I have enough books, ‘cause I got 13 books for Christmas. But man, I want MORE books. These are the books I want.

   I want to read Mysteries According to Humphrey. It is the 8th book in the series and I really want to read it, since I’m on the 7th book. Next, Pet War. It’s about a girl who wants a cat, but her brother wants a dog. They persuade their mom who works extra hours in her job and feels like she cannot have a pet. Thirdly, I would like to read Anastasia Krupnik. Mrs.Barnes told us about the books that we would probably like to read. We would put them on our someday list. She sounds like a very interesting character. She has a love/hate list. So when she gets in an argument with her parents, she puts them on her hate list. Then when they make up, she puts them on her love list. Lastly, I would like to read Battle of the Labyrinth. I tried reading it but I was too busy with my reading and other books, so I had to stop. I like the Percy Jackson series. It’s cool how it’s greek mythology. I really am pulled into the stories because of that. Well, those are the books I want to read.
