Science Lesson by Manny
In science, we all shook Mr.Kearney’s hand first thing as we got in the door. He then told us to get into a line. Being in science is awesome. The feeling of being in the lab is great. Anyways, he read the list of who was going to sit where. I was at table 5 along with Diniti, Abby, and DJ. I knew right away we would be a good team. Diniti is cooperative and very smart, Abby’s the same, and DJ helps out a lot with remembering what other people are supposed to do, even though there’s no job for that. Moving on, we went over a couple of rules, got our notebooks passed out, all that stuff. And then, we started our lesson! We all went to the carpet jamming to the tunes Mr.Kearney brought. We then learned all this great stuff about mixture and H2O. Other things like that too. When we went to our desks, importers, that was the job that I had, had to go and get cups with labels on them. Then we went to the table next to cabinet with all the goggles to fill a tiny tiny spoon of gravel to put in one of the cups. When importers got back, everyone started to observe the gravel. In our notebooks, we recorded the texture, size, shape, other, and something else. Maybe they only had 4, or maybe they had 5, I’m not sure. I forgot. 5B had a great time and we can’t wait to go again. It’s so fun for me to have science. Do you like having science class?
