    I was absent on Friday, as many of you know. I was sick. I hate being sick, but I LOVE missing school. Don’t get me wrong, I like school, but once in a while, I DO NOT want to go. Is it like that with you? Anyways, it feels weird being back at school. Let me tell you why.

    First, it feels like I’ve not been to school in a million years. Even though the weekend was medium paced, it feels like it’s been forever since last Thursday. That was the day before I was not there. Next, I’m not used to the routine. I was talking to my tablemates and doing the things I had to do but I really almost never looked at the morning schedule. It’s weird, I know. Lastly, I was actually not that worried that I’d miss Because of Mr.Terupt or any fun stuff, but when I got at school, I HAD to know! I even got shushed by Mrs.Barnes! I didn’t act crazy but inside I was dying! “What happened in Because of Mr.Terupt?” “Did you guys read it?” was all I asked. But inside, I had more questions to ask then what I just told you I said. Being back at school feels different, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it again.
