Book Review: The Fault in Our Stars

The Fault In Our Stars By: John Green
Book Review By: Emma

OK before I start this book review I want to warn you that this book is for very mature  readers because it is really mature and sad. I suggest you ask your parents before reading.

So this book is about two teenagers Hazel, and Augustus (Gus), who meet at a cancer support group. Hazel has lung cancer and Augustus has been cured of his cancer.  This book is about how the unlikely couple fall in love and where it takes them.  Hazel doesn’t go to school due to her cancer.

They get to go to Amsterdam to meet the author of a book they both love, but find out he’s not who they thought he was. Thats when the trouble really begins, because Augustus finally reveals a secret.  They have plenty of good times but then it all falls apart for a reason I cannot reveal because it will spoil the book.

This book is about Hazel’s experience with cancer and a great number of truths about it also. This book doesn’t have very many funny parts so idf thats what you are looking for you will not enjoy it.

If this book review has intrigued you get the book and read on!
