The Darkest Hour by Manny
Recently, I just finished a book called The Darkest Hour. It was the 6th and last book in the 1st and original Warriors series. I have many thoughts to share with you about this great book by Erin Hunter.
I thought the book started off boring, as usual. But because of her writing at the last fight at the end with BloodClan, it became my favorite book in the series. What’s amazing is Scourge. Scourge is the leader of BloodClan. A Clan ready to rule the forest. When they were about to battle, Firestar announced to all 5 Clans that Tigerstar was evil and all that stuff that Tigerstar did. Then Tigerstar ordered BloodClan to attack. Scourge then told Tigerstar that he cannot order BloodClan to do things. They then fight and Scourge kills him with one blow. Wiping out all of Tigerstars lives, 1 by 1. If you want to know how, then I’ll tell you. Scourge cut an open gash that led from chest down to his tail. Isn’t that gross? Well, I sure thought it was. Then Scourge gave all the Clans 4 days to decide whether they would flee from the forest, or fight BloodClan for it. Firstar was able to gather all Clans to fight against BloodClan. When they did that, the 4 Clans that conquered the forest that came together to fight BloodClan was called…...You’re gonna have to read the series to find out. Ha ha ha! Anyways, the fight at the end was so epic, it was just...well...Epic! I’m excited to have finished such an amazing series.
